When we found out that one of the Teachers in Smallville is having a birthday we mommies have talked on what gift to give. One mom said sandals but I told her it’s not the most ideal gift. In fact it will create a headache especially if the sandals won’t fit. Then another one suggested blouse or shorts. Well, I told them it’s not really nice to give those stuff if you know nothing about the preference of the person, right? So I told them we just order a cake. They all agree but we end up planning on cooking pancit in the school. hahaha.

We decided to transfer Anevay to a new school. It’s really a new school because we are the first batch to try their educational system. When we got back from Kuwait, I was already planning on enrolling her in her old school. But I got a message from a mommy friend that they are checking out the new preschool near our area. When she told me the name of the school, I checked it on the web. As a new school, I have not read any feedback for them but what I saw in Facebook really impressed me. I like the facilities.

I just paid the reservation fee of the little girl for next school year. Actually my first plan is to already pay the downpayment for the tuition but I change my mind. I’ll just issue a check which I will leave to a fellow mom. Anyway, if you are interested here are the contact numbers of three pre schools that have good feedback.

Aside from discussing about our kids, our house ( from house repairs to replacing sinks) and even resources for the assignment, I have developed a deep bond with fellow moms from the school where the little girl is enrolled. Every time I got the chance to go to the school during the morning we end up chatting and laughing on different topic. And today, since I was finding some inspiration, I tried accessing the website of the school. And alas! I was entertained by the slide slow from the Costume party that the school had last Oct. I even texted my fellow moms that the solo picture of their son were posted on the website.

Of course, as parents, we always look for ways to make sure that our kids have a fun summer. Well, I am not different from you. So as early as last month I have been looking around for places where the litte girl and I can spend our time. We have greatly enjoyed her swimming classes at Georgetown.
