Cleaning Up ...

Last week out of curiosity, I checked the free space on my HDD in this desktop. And I was surprised to find out that I only have 30+gb left from the 200+gb capacity of my HDD. So I decided that it’s time to do some clean up in my PC. I just wish that this action will speed up my pc. After this I would also have to transfer some movie files from my netbook to my EHD. I know I have lots of things to do and have to deal with some issues. The husband was telling me to fight my laziness since I have some my things in my to do list. I just wish that within the next few days and months I would be energized to accomplish everything.

Plan..as of now! ...

Last week the husband and I talked about our vacation this coming Christmas plus our next year plan because it’s the little girl’s 7th birthday. If you asked me I really don’t want to throw a party for her. I would rather go out town or out of the country. Our original plan is that we go to Kuwait this Christmas and on July we go to Hongkong Disneyland. Then we change it to the husband coming home after Christmas and us coming to Kuwait this summer for a longer vacation. And on our way home we would go to Hongkong. We still don’t have a solid plan so everything can still change. I am just regretting not being able to buy tickets that are on sale. Sigh! But I believed that God has better plans for us we just have to be patient.

So many things ...

We have been planning for a lot of things. We are on the last stretch of the year and that only equates to expenses especially for us. Right now, there are a lot of things that I can buy for our house. Also since we are planning to go to Kuwait again, the husband and I are contemplating on buying a memory foam mattress for his pad so that we can used it when we go there. But we are thinking if we have the budget for it. Oh we wanted a lot of things but we have to set aside for it. And now I am trying my very best to save some more funds though the husband promise that he can get some funds to pay for our fare. I do hope we really are together for Christmas season.

Which is Which? ...

I am planning to transfer our little girl into a big school next school year. Right now she is enrolled in a progressive school and is Grade 1. As the school year moves on I realized that somehow in her every move she is expecting someone to help her. And that she is on the road to dependency towards her teacher. But I have to admit that despite that fact our little girl is very confident and would never shy away in a performance on or off the stage. So, I was thinking maybe its time that we let her go to a bigger environment. Where not everything is being spoon feed to her. And now its decision time on where to enroll her. I am banking on two all girls school and one coed (all of which are Catholic School). one all girls school is in Antipolo and the two are just near our house. I am considering the logistics plus the weather and of course the most important part, what the school has to offer. So which is which? Well, I have to visit the school first and decided from there. Lord please guide us on what decision to make since this will be a big contributory factory to our little girls future. Amen.

The Handy Mommy ...

Being a housewife and a mom is no joke. Especially if you don’t have household help or your husband is working out of the country. Most of the time like me all the household chores will fall on your lap. You would even end up looking for decorative outdoor planters one time and the next time you are inspecting a leak on your roof or a clogged in your sink. You don’t have a choice but to find ways to fixed it. A couple of weeks back, I found out that the wire of our washing machine was separated because the rat munched on it. I was planning on calling an electrician to fixed it. But the husband told me that he would teach me how to fixed it via phone patch. I was a bit nervous because I am thinking I might end up burning our house down. Yeah, I know I am exaggerating but who knows what the outcome is. Since my husband put his trust on me, I try my best to deliver. And what have you! I was able to fixed it and now our washing machine is working already. Yahoo! Thanks to my very patient husband.

Another Out of Town ...

We went to the North again for the learning trip of our daughter. I accompanied her and this time our destination is Clark. We only got to visit the Air City, an open field that contains helicopter and fighter jet. My daughter was so happy when we got to inspect them one by one. After the Air City we went to Nayong Filipino. As compared to the old Nayong Filipino, this one in Clark does not contain every sights in the Philippines. It only have the house of Emilio Aguinaldo, Barasoian and the Immaculate Concepcion Church plus the Ifugao Village that features the Aetas. We weren’t able to explore everything since it was too hot. After Nayong Filipino, we had some shopping in Puregold. Oh, the little girl had so much fun because she was able to dance Tinikling and the Malong dance.
