Fever Night ...
When we were in the resort, the little girl got sick. I was a bit irritated because there was a school from Manila who are also having the Ilocos Tour and are booked in the resort. They are to noisy. And they would run around and pass through our room giggling. I was on the verge on requesting to lower down their noise but I know I don’t have the right. I was just thankful that because we are all tired we have deep sleep. We did not even hear if they were singing their hearts out using the MF karaoke machine. You know here in our country karaoke and videoke machines are a hit. When ever there is a party or just simple get together, the machine is there so that friends could bond over singing. It is a sure way to put a spark in the party!
Nuisance! ...
I forgot to blog about this. When we went to Manaog I was totally pissed with the different vendors outside the church. While on the road someone gestured for us to go on a detour. Before that I think I saw a sign that the road we are taking is closed. There are also individuals that are waving at us frantically that I thought we are taking the wrong way. Good thing the husband did not fall for it. Unfortunately, since a guy blocked our way and started waving to us, we decided to follow him. He showed us to a parking space. Even before we went out the car, the vendors kept on flocking us. The man who waved on us offered candles to us. One bundle cost Php 150 and he told us to take two. Then there are those ladies who kept on putting some religious article to my husband’s hand. I was pissed and then I tried to give it back. After giving it back they will hand it again to my husband. It was really getting on my nerves. Then while in church the guard told us that the candles are free inside the church. Urgh! Then we hear an announcement not to park outside the church. Oh, we paid fifty on our parking spot outside the church. Imagine that! Since the husband was not comfortable with the car outside he move it and there was still space inside the church. Yes, it was really frustrating. So if ever you are planning on going to Manaog be sure to avoid those vendors and those pretending to give you ticket for parking.
