Ever since I got this bad flare in December, I never got the chance to clean our house. The room which I asked to be constructed in our garage was turned into a storage area where in I put all those stuff that I need. Eventually the room got all the ‘dirty stuff’. Now, I really wanted to clean up. I decided to throw all the boxes, arranged the stuff that needs to be kept and those that should be thrown away. I initially asked the cleaning lady that I hired to do it but unfortunately I am dissatisfied with her cleaning. She just put the boxes outside the room and into the open space of our garage. Then she collected the stuff which she thinks would serve her and ask me if she can take it home. Dang!

As a mom I always wanted my little one to eat healthy meals. But there are times (especially when I am having a bad flare due to my illness) I end up being lazy to cook, especially I am just cooking for two persons ( me and my sister) and a three year old little girl. When this situation happens it’s always a call to the delivery hotline of some fast food restaurant. lol.

One of the hot topic today in the school where my little one is enrolled is about the big schools around our area. I know it’s still early but I am already thinking where to enroll her. I am just grateful that we are sorrounded by good schools. I always think that kids should be enrolled in schools which are few minutes away from their homes. That would take away the stress of going to and from the schools on their shoulder.

Last year, I decided to renew my interest on the house and lot property which originally we planned to buy way back 2005. The property is located inside the Town and Country Estate in Antipolo. It’s a bit far and small. I think the lot area is 70+ sq. meters and the floor area is 30+ sq. meters. We decided to invest on it then because one, the price is a bit cheap as compared to other properties and second, I like the location. The house is near La Salle Antipolo.

When the land title was handed to us, I just stared at it for a few seconds. It was surreal! Owning our own house is part of our plan but getting it earlier than what we expect is really something that we are thankful for. When the real estate agent gave me the certificate and all the documents, she was telling me it was really time to celebrate. Well, she also have a hefty commission from the sale you know. lol. But of course, that is just the start. We still have a long way to go. And one of this is making sure that we are able to come up with the monthly payments. haha.
