Picking up the right house for you and your family is really a hard task. Well, if you leave the decision to me anything that pleases my eyes would be a perfect home. lol. But not my husband. There are just things that my ordinary eyes would see but it won’t escape the microscopic eyes of my husband.

When the husband was already settled at his work outside the country, our main goal really is to have our own house. Our first option is to continue on paying the equity of the house in Town and Country Estate in Antipolo. The lot and floor area of the house is a bit small and the location too far from everything. So, we are having second thoughts.

I mentioned about the MCF card on my previous post. Actually, I don’t really know about its existence until the real estate agent asked me for a 1×1 picture because according to her she would apply an MCF card for me. I gave her the picture.

Weeks later she gave me my MCF card. So, you ask, what benefits can I get from it? Well, for two years now I have been availing of the 10% discount for payment of my real estate tax and another 10% for my LPG.
