Along the Street ...
I think I wrote about the house that is full of lights a couple of blocks away from our home in this blog. But unfortunately I can’t seem to find the chance to take a picture of it during the holidays. There was one time that we did walk in front of it, only to find out that I dropped my cellphone in the clinic of the pediatrician of the little girl.
I was glad when the husband agrees to walk from the church to our house during New Year’s Eve. Though we did not bring any digital camera since it’s too bulky so I just used the husband’s cellphone since it’s 5mp. Here it is.
The Garden ...
Water proofing..done. Repainting…done. Then what’s next? I am in the mood to do some improvement in our house and my next agenda is to beautify our garden. My only doubt right now if I inherited my mom’s green thumb. If not, poor plants and flowers. lol.
Well, the idea came to me when I visited a garden that sells different flowers. I told myself that if ever I got the time, I would buy some flowers and put them in our garden. This way the little girl won’t need to bug me to pick flowers on our neighborhood. haha.
Buying our house is one of the biggest decision that we have undertaken. It gave me sleepless nights thinking of the what ifs. I have this biggest fear that we might end up not being able to pay the amortization etc. But as the husband would say, we need to put all our worries behind. Everyday is a gamble. And if we don’t gamble we would just be left behind in the race, right?
Now that we have the property we wanted, the next step would also be the stressful. That is the payment. haha. At first I thought that those ‘RENT TO OWN’ schemes means you can move in even without any cash out, I was wrong. Just like those commercialized subdivision, wherein you have to pay for a certain amount for equity, PAG-IBIG also requires you to pay the seller a percentage of the sell price before they will grant you the loan. I was suprised by this declaration by our agent. I thought the PAGIBIG loan will pay everything for the house and lot we are buying.
Ever since I heard about this store of crystals that brings good luck I wanted to go and check them out. I always believed that somehow crystals and charms really works. And there is nothing to lose if I have one, right? Especiallyif it would improve one health and wealth. Actually, I am after the health factor. Though there are a lot of crystals being sold on the market today I am still hesistant to buy one. I don’t really like to buy from those fake dealers because it might bring me bad luck. Okay, that’s the superstitious side of me.
I mentioned about the MCF card on my previous post. Actually, I don’t really know about its existence until the real estate agent asked me for a 1×1 picture because according to her she would apply an MCF card for me. I gave her the picture.
Weeks later she gave me my MCF card. So, you ask, what benefits can I get from it? Well, for two years now I have been availing of the 10% discount for payment of my real estate tax and another 10% for my LPG.
I have this ‘misconception’ of agents. Whether they sell insurance or real estate or anything that they sell. For me they are out there to rob you off your money. So, I try to avoid them. lol. But I guess, I am wrong. There are agents out there who just love to be an agent and would wholeheartedly look after their client’s welfare even if the sale has been made.
